Kitchen Renovations
CSC Building Solutions will take care of your complete kitchen renovation including coordination of trades where required.
An initial visit to your property will allow us to show product samples and discuss ideas and budget. We will then provide a written quote and if successful in securing the job a final measure and deposit will be required before we can order products.
Our kitchen suppliers are local here in South Australia and all products come with a manufacturers warranty.
Turnaround time for your new kitchen is generally around 15-20 business days from sign off (subject to workload and product choices). A standard kitchen renovation will generally take around 5 days depending on size and design. Stone benchtops and glass splashbacks will take longer as these can only be accurately measured and ordered once the kitchen is installed. We are happy to organise a temporary benchtop if required.
We also specialise in kitchen refaces (maybe just a new benchtop or new doors) and outdoor kitchens.
We are happy to assist with the purchase of appliances and any additional features.
Bathroom Renovations
CSC Building Solutions will take care of your complete bathroom renovation - demolition, disposal, project management, coordination of trades and ensuring the job is completed to a high standard. We have had as many as 10 trades working on one bathroom so attention to detail and coordination is essential to ensure the smooth running of a bathroom renovation.
Bathroom Renovations are made up of many steps, trades and timeframes. Please be aware a standard bathroom renovation will generally take a minimum of two weeks from start to finish (which allows drying times for waterproofing/tiling etc) - if slab work is required it can often take around 3 weeks to allow for the slab to cure.
Please note shower screens and mirrors are not ordered until the tiling is complete to allow for a final measure with accurate measurements.
We are happy to organise a mobile ensuite to be delivered to your property for the duration of the renovation if required.
